Mr. Kshirsagar began his professional journey in 1984 after completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has since served in leadership roles at reputed companies such as Philips India Ltd., Ami Industries, Windals Auto Pvt. Ltd., and Smita Engineering Corporation. His core experience spans the design, development, and execution of material handling equipment—including EOT cranes, battery-operated trolleys, and automation systems—widely used in manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

In recent years, he has upskilled himself in Electric Vehicles and Industrial Automation from prestigious institutes including IIT Madras, ensuring his knowledge remains aligned with modern industry trends. His academic background also includes specializations in Jigs & Fixtures, Tools & Dies, and Strength of Materials.

As a Technical Coordinator at DIYguru, he plays a key role in:

• Acting as a technical mentor and student advisor for EV courses

• Coordinating hands-on training programs and industrial outreach

• Supporting curriculum development with practical insights

• Facilitating placement linkages with MSMEs and auto component industries
