Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic to our website and increase course enrollments. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to make a meaningful impact in the education and mobility sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage SEM Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search channels, to increase visibility and attract potential students.
- Execute Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote courses, and engage with prospective students. Create compelling email content and track performance metrics to improve open and conversion rates.
- Lead Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance DIYguru’s online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with the target audience. Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and monitor performance.
- Analyze and Report Performance Metrics: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with Content and Design Teams: Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to produce engaging digital content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts that align with marketing goals.
- Optimize User Experience (UX): Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for conversions, providing a seamless user experience that encourages engagement and enrollment.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media. Apply new strategies and tools to keep DIYguru ahead of the competition.
- Support Cross-Channel Marketing Efforts: Assist in coordinating and integrating digital marketing efforts with other marketing channels, including offline events and partnerships, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focusing on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing SEO and SEM campaigns with a strong understanding of analytics and keyword tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
