We’re looking for a Corporate Relationship Officer to build and nurture relationships with corporate and enterprise clients looking to hire or upskill their workforce through DIYguru programs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Relationship Officer, you will:
- Develop and Manage Corporate Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with companies and industries that are aligned with sustainable energy sectors (EV, HEV, Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, etc.).
- Workforce Development Collaborations: Identify corporate clients who are seeking to hire trained professionals or wish to upskill their existing workforce in the domains of sustainable energy, electric mobility, and related technologies.
- Customized Training Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design and offer tailored training programs to meet corporate client needs for upskilling in Electric Vehicle technology, Semiconductor design, and other emerging sectors.
- Lead Corporate Outreach Initiatives: Engage with industry leaders, HR managers, and corporate decision-makers to promote DIYguru’s advanced certification programs as the preferred upskilling solution for their employees.
- Organize Upskilling Programs: Coordinate with corporate clients to schedule training sessions, seminars, workshops, and mentorship programs for their workforce.
- Track and Analyze Trends: Monitor industry trends in sustainable energy and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and understand workforce needs.
- Manage Client Relations: Act as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the initial engagement to post-training feedback and further collaboration.
- Corporate Recruitment Drives: Facilitate job placement opportunities for DIYguru-trained candidates by connecting them with companies seeking skilled talent in fields such as EV, HEV, Semiconductor, and Embedded Systems.
- Represent DIYguru: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent DIYguru and strengthen the brand’s presence in the corporate world.
Key Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or partnerships in sectors such as technology, education, or engineering.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Electric Vehicle, Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and other sustainable energy fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with corporate clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management: Proven track record of building successful corporate partnerships and managing client relations.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take the initiative, work independently, and drive partnerships and programs forward.
- Networking: Strong corporate network within industries related to sustainable energy and technology.
