Dr. Gaurav Trivedi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at IIT Guwahati, specializing in VLSI Design, EDA Tools, Embedded Systems, and High-Performance Computing. With a focus on developing sustainable solutions, he contributes to areas such as solar photovoltaics and computational biology.

Dr. Trivedi has co-authored over 100 research papers, holds patents, and has contributed significantly to VLSI CAD, circuit optimization, and machine learning applications. His work is supported by funding from prestigious agencies like SERB and DST.

He is the Co-Principal Investigator for national projects, including initiatives at E&ICT Academy, IIT Guwahati, and he leads collaborations with government bodies, industries, and academia to enhance skilling and innovation in the areas of electronics and mobility.

Dr. Trivedi’s academic journey includes an M.Tech and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Guwahati and a rich postdoctoral research experience at international institutions. He continues to inspire through his research and mentorship in integrated circuits design and emerging computing paradigms.
